Re: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

Same problem here too- I was guaranteed by the live chat rep that unlocking my account would fix it, despite me suggesting otherwise.

I've had two temporary passwords now, neither of which I've been able to login in within the hour with, and I'm getting sick and tired of having to go through the process again and again, and live chat staff having no clue whatsoever and each one saying something different on the issue.

I've cleared cookies, tried different web browsers, tried different computers, nothing.

Great service Vodafone, now that most people only have online billing.

Please can a vodafone rep contact me ASAP to get this fixed, I'd like to be able to check my bill.

Re: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

I have requested a new password this afternoon and tried to login on two different browsers. Each time I continued to receive the original error message. I cleared down all history, cleared cache etc on both browsers but this made no difference. Regards Sent from my iPhone

Re: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

For the last hour or so, instead of the 'unable to render' error, I've been getting a blue Oracle Access Manager page:

Error

System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator - so here I am!

Vodafone web site and login

[ Edited ]

I've managed to get myself locked out of my account due to apparently entering the incorrect password too many times. I've contacted Customer services to get my password reset and now whenver I try and login I get:

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/body.jsp

I've tried IE, Firefox, Chrome and they all give the same error.

So to date I've had 2 temporary passwords which last for an hour and both have expired because I'm unable to login due to this Vodafone web problem:

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/body.jsp

Forgot to mention - I've tried on 4 different PCs with the same error every time.

Anyone from Vodafone going to help?

Registration Error

Hi,

Could someone please help me with the vodafone.co.uk website?

Here is my problem:

I have sign up for the website and i can sucessfully log in, once i log into my account im presented with 3 red buttons:

1) im a pay monthly customer

2) im a pay as you go customer

3) im a business customer

Im a pay monthly customer and select the pay monthly button where im presented with a range of error messages:

1) Registration Error - Please try again later. If there’s still an issue, please contact customer services.

2) Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

I have contact 191 at least 6 times now over the last 21 days with this problem, I have had my password reset at least 3 times even after i informed the adviser this had been done before and i know my password, I have also been told that the vodafone website will be "fixed" within 2 hours and to try again then, The last person i spoke today advised 24 hrs and said the website has been having problems for the last 72 hours which still dont explain my problem as its been going on for 21 days now. I have also tried clearing cookies, temp files etc and using internet explorer, firefox, chrome and all have the same error messages

Any advise would be helpful

UR

Re: Can't log in to account!

I'm having the same error message:

Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/body.jsp

Account was reset and sent a temporary password but still haven't been able to login from any browser. Has anyone found a solution to this yet? In general I'm finding that the vodafone site is incredibly slow at the moment to the point where the login page sometimes won't even load.

Re: The faults are getting boring now...

The same thing is happening to me (and has been for over a week). I've had the PM from the eforum team and completed the steps days ago. You have to wait the full 48 hours before someone emails you back with the same instructions you've been given many times before- clear cache and cookies, try a diff browser, a different machine. Nothing works. Incredibly frustrating. My contract is almost up and I can't view my upgrade offers - hardly an incentive to stay with Vodafone.

Re: The faults are getting boring now...

After 24 days mine is fixed. Vodafone deleted my account and I then re-registered. Once I'm logged in, parts of the website don't work and say "We're upgrading the site" but at least I'm logged in.

I am dismayed at this level of service - I work in IT and would be sacked if we had performed this bad to our clients.

Re: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

[ Edited ]

I'm in much the same boat and have been (though only for 2 days in my case). Unable to render, Unable to render, Unable to render...

I've had 3 conversations with 191, and 3 different sets of excuses and 3 different reset passwords, and 3 different reassurances that they'd fixed the problem. They had not.

This is frustrating and seems quite unprofessional. I'm quite annoyed I can't easily check my Bill.

Another reason to make me think twice about renewing my contract in the new year...

Vodafone, are you able to help us?

Re: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

I've done the PM thing (twice since I didn't get a reply in the stated time) and replied to their reply email three times.  Everytime I've replied I've had to wait 2 days for another useless response... delete cookies, try a new browser, try a new pc, try again in 24 hours.  This has been going on for over a week and frankly I'm tired of it.  When can we expect the website to be fully functioning?  Surely enough people have experienced this problem that Vodafone can't keep denying anything is wrong?

Re: Unable to render /framework/skeletons/vodafoneDefault/head.jsp

This was resolved for me this am in about 20 minutes. If you can talk to someone on live chat it's very useful because you can try things out without having to wait 48 hours for a response.

They first of all sent me a new password which didn't work - knew it wouldn't. After that I had my account deleted and then 48 hours later I re-registered and was able to login. The website still seems to be experiencing occassional problems but I can definitely login now. Insist that your online account is deleted!
