I have an account with two lines, and it has been registered for online access for many months (probably several years)
Yesterday I tried to look at my latest bill and was told that there were no bills available. I can see the price plans and usage of both phones, can control my sure signal, privacy settings, diverts etc, but no bills!
I rang CS and was told that I had no account online set up! When I commented that I was looking at it, I was told I would have to set up a new one.
I'm very reluctant to do this because:
a) I want access to my old bills too
b) having got things like my sure signal set up through the account I have, I don't want to screw that up
Can you look at it for me please - contact details in the attachment

I also have the same problem. 2 accounts 1 closing. Cannot view either account and CS have deleted my old account. I did tell them to, but that was because they said that I could only view one account. So I didnt have a choice. Now I cant view any account due to the account holder not being able to approve the account. The account holder is me............
