Since around yesterda (16/11) evening I have been experiencing problems with the network in the Dundee area. I can not send any outgoing messages or make any calls via my handset, if I try to phone anybody I am told "Connection to this number is not available on this phone". However, I am still able to recieve calls, text messages and access mobile internet.

I have full signal and it happens whether I am outdoors, indoors, in a different location and have checked the faults board which doesn't seem to be of any help. 

Can anyone help?

This sounds like an account bar has been put in place for outgoing calls, if it was a signal issue you wouldn't be able to receive calls etc.

So that we can look into this I have just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can then check this out.
