Cannot view my Bill on-line. Have tried re-registering my online account - same error each time:
Sorry, due to the high levels of registrations Vodafone Bill Centre is receiving it is taking a little longer to complete your registration. Please try again in a few minutes. The rest of My Account is available for you to use.
Any suggestions/assistance much appreciated!

I got the copy bills but I still can't view any others online - Good Luck with trying to get a resolution, it could take you a while.

that'll be the same pm I've been sent about 3 times before asking for the same information and in all cases - NOTING FURTHER HAPPENED. NO FOLLOW UP WITH DEVELOPMENTS.
For the time being, why don't you offer to switch us both back to paper billing foc why you try and get you heads around what seems to be a recurrent problem that you should already have a fix for.

Just to report that VF called me on Saturday (!) discussed the issue and deleted my online account. I recreated it on Sunday evening and the billing is working fine.
Thanks for your help. Hope others get theirs sorted too.
