You get 7 days distant selling if you ordered the contract and phone online or through telesales.

There is no exchange or cancellation if you purchased through a store, since the phone would have been demonstrated to you at the time of purchase.

Norther Ireland is part of the UK, therefore roaming charges do not apply.

Upgarded And Useing Phone In Ireland

Hi saloonrod,

Firstly, thanks to Ann S as she has covered a lot of your queries already :). Our returns policy is indeed that you can return the device within 7 days for a full refund or exchange as long as you have taken it out over the phone or online. Also, if the phone develops any faults within the first 28 days then you'll be able to exchange it for a brand new device of the same model.

Ann is also correct that Northern Ireland is classed as part of the UK so you will still be on Vodafone UK when you're over there. The only thing I would advise though is that if you're going anywhere near the border with the Republic of Ireland then I'd ensure your phone is not set to pick up a network automatically, this is just in case it roams onto a network from South of the border. Details on how to do this can be found in our Help Centre, simply choose your device from the list.

I hope you enjoy your time in Northern Ireland :)
