Hi. ive been told by vodafone i can upgrade 190 days before my contract ends and when i looked online about a month ago it said i can upgrade april the 21st. now when i see when i can upgrade i can only upgrade from the 21st august. i am wondering how am i meant to upgrade 190 days early if there is no link online for it. also is there a handset charge when doing this?

I was just about to ask a similar question. When I rang 191, the automated service told me I can upgrade on 27th November. Looking at my account online, it says I can upgrade on 29th October. Now I've just read that we can upgrade up to 190 days before the end of our contracts. I guess my question is, when exactly can we upgrade? (as there doesn't seem to be a clear answer).
Also, as Kirsty asked above, is there a charge for upgrading so early?

I am having the same problem, when I ring or check online both dates are different and I should now be well within the 190 day updgrade period. I am hoping to upgrade both of my contracts. Could someone also please contact me? Thanks
