i have always had a message on my online account that i can upgrade my handset by the end of April
Now i have logged in and aparantly i can only upgrade in september now!!!!!!
i am absolutely fuming - is there anything that can be done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only thing you can really do is consider taking out a 2nd line, or paying off the remaining months of the contact you already have. The early upgrade was just a feature at the time and has been removed, in essence the upgrade 6 months early was added onto your new agreement, so it wasn't always quite as beneficial as it may have seemed
