Pay monthly services

Hi, I am on a 24 month contract that ends in March, early upgrade is due 20 sep 2011. I requested through e-mail to customer services if it was possible to upgrade now (with it only being a month away) as I am having a few problems with my current phone that are making it unusable as a phone. I was dissapointed as I have 2 contracts with Vodafone and recieved what looked to be a generic replay saying the account has been checked and I am not due for upgrade yet. I knew this, and even though I summerised the issues these didn't look to be taken into consideration. Whats a month in the grand scheme of things after all! Unhappy customer.

I am sorry to see that you are having a few problems with your current phone. But I am sure that we can look at the early upgrade options for you.
