Upgrade date has changed on e-account

Hi

 

For many months, my upgrade date was displayed as 26 Jan 2012.  But when I logged in on that date, it had changed to 5 May 2012.  I can't find my contract start date to check the date.  Anyone else experienced this?

Hi rpjmartn,

You will find this has changed as Vodafone no longer offer the early upgrade option..

Thanks for the link Mari1970. I'm a little disappointed with this - that notice was issued two days before I would have been eligible to upgrade.

Do you know where I can find when my contract started?

Happened to me, too. In fact it keeps happening which makes me think that the answer given is somewaht specious. My upgrade date has drifted back from February 2012 (at the end of last year) to March (at the end of Jan) to June at the beginning of Feb to July 27th as I write.

 

In fact the date of upgrade seems to be accelerating away which would seem to be impossible if the reply given by wotsisname is right. Normally I don't give a proverbial but this time I am on a ancient phone courtesy of my last upgrade phone breaking for the 3rd time about 1 week after eligible for repair.

 

I can't be bothered listening to some chap fobbing me off any more so I will either make do until final day of contract and never use Voda again or pay up what's left and never come back.
