Upgrade help?

I am able to upgrade my phone and I have sent a message asking about the best deal I can get from the upgrade page. However, since I have sent the query, I am unable to access the 'email us' page to check the progress (says that the site is under maintenence) and I have not recieved any e-mails from Vodafone about the upgrade. I sent the e-mail last Monday and it says I should be contacted with 48 hours but this hasn't happened.
I really want to upgrade but how long will I have to wait before someone gets back to me? ![]()

The best thing I would suggest is get in touch with the @VodafoneUKdeals guys on Twitter
They are only a small team but will do you the best deal on a phone that Vodafone can probably offer.
