Hi,
I can upgrade my phone as of today (hurrah!) but I have a question I'd like to throw open.
I quite fancy the new Blackberry and I know it's out of stock just now but I'm willing to wait. The only deals I can see though are for a maximum of eighteeen months meaning that I'd pay for the phone. Do Vodafone still do 24 month deals on upgrades where becuase my contract is longer I could get the phne for free?
A sign of the times if the contract periods are coming down instead of going up!
Thanks

Hi LustForLeith
Thanks for your post! ![]()
All of our fantastic Blackberry packages are available over 12, 18 or 24 month terms, take a look at our full range here.
I’ve sent an email to your registered address, if you could please send me a reply back with the details requested then one of our team will get back to you.
Cheers

I'm in the same boat as LustForLeith.
Can a moderator send me an email to enquire about an early upgrade, or does the team have a direct number I can contact them on?
My early upgrade is due on 2nd November.
Cheers

IF you are outside 190 days from upgrading customer services wont be able to help
Sign in to your email online and reply to the email, then you will be able to get some more help
If it has to go through your phone use a different email address

Forgive me, I'm about to scream.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg
I had a missed call from Vodafone and a voicemail was left. Also got an email. Seems liek a cut and paste job but it was saying I can do an upgrade on line. I cannt do one of the phone just now but it gave me the customer service number and the options to press to speak to someone. When I do that I get a message telling me I can't do an upgrade on the phone just now, I need to do it on line. However it's not given me the full options on line like a 24 month contract!
So I'm going round in circles. Vodafone customer service used to be quite poor, emails consisting of cut and paste replies and it took ages before somene actualy helped you. Recently it's improved but it looks like it's gone back to it's old ways!
Where was I? Oh yes...
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
