Upgraded Price Plan

 

Hi

 

I have recently taken out a new price plan as part of an upgrade for a BB Torch. What I understand I have is:

 

600 minutes
Unlimited text
BIC 500MB
FREE extra 500MB internet (already part of my original price plan for some reason)

But there was no mention of the 1 GB BT Openzone service (that is shown as included free on the website).

 

VF Customer Service contacted me (below) and suggested I contact online sales. I tryed the email below (even changed it from vodadone to vodafone) but it bounces back to me as unroutable.

 

Can you help ?

As you are still within the 7 days return policy, please contact our Online Sales Response Team on 08448540430 (Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 18:00) at
the earliest.
Alternatively, you can email them on onlinelogistics@help-vodadone.co.uk.

Vf Customer services should be helping you resolve this, they have created an extra step in your life, however the email I am pretty sure is onlinelogistics@help.vodafone.co.uk

Got a response from onlinelogistics@help.vodafone.co.uk saying they cannot help me and refered me back to the customer care team !!! (who origionally said they could not help and refered mr to online logistics)

 

A bit like tennis really.

Agreed, its like who wants to "own & resolve" a customers query !
