I have recently taken out a new price plan as part of an upgrade for a BB Torch. What I understand I have is:
FREE extra 500MB internet (already part of my original price plan for some reason)
But there was no mention of the 1 GB BT Openzone service (that is shown as included free on the website).
VF Customer Service contacted me (below) and suggested I contact online sales. I tryed the email below (even changed it from vodadone to vodafone) but it bounces back to me as unroutable.
Can you help ?

Got a response from firstname.lastname@example.org saying they cannot help me and refered me back to the customer care team !!! (who origionally said they could not help and refered mr to online logistics)
A bit like tennis really.
