I upgraded my phone (blackberry) early online and and got a text saying thank you then I got another text a minute later saying sorry its been delayed and wont be dispatched as planned and they send another delivery date , but I never got a delivery date in the first time does it take a while for it to upgrade and dispatch as I haven't received any other messages since I upgraded it on Thursday

The first time you will see a date is when you get a dispatch notification, this will also include a tracking number which you can check on the courier’s web site.

This will still be the case with your order as soon as it is dispatched.
