Various Account Problems

Hi Vodafone, 

 

I've had a number of account problems over the last 12 months and to be honest getting a little fed up of continually having to chase vodafone. Not only have I been subject to fraud,  and have first hand witnessed your call centre rep's allowing access to my account without asking for all the newly implemented security information, but i've even found out that my contract was set to 56 months (yes, nearly 5 years) when i resigned with you, and on my credit report been showen as a default because you ADVISED ME to cancel the payment. overall, i've had better customer service from used car dealers. 

 

Anyway, the latest ridiculous event is your customer service team seem unable to answer me a very simple question. I had a text message last night around 1:30am whilst I was peacefully dreaming of an easier life with Orange, that my account's content bar has been lifted. When I called customer service this morning the advised me that I would have to check with their online team about why this was lifted (as no body called into do this). Also, I seem to be having more problems trying to log into my online account, so I was hoping to get some assistance.

P.S The reason I feel this is important about knowing if someone logged into the online account, and made these changes, is so I can understand if there is a problem with my personal internet security.

Hi ichdienme,

 

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced so many issues in your time with us.

 

We're aware that the content control message was triggered and sent in error to a number of users.  Please rest assured this hasn't changed unless you requested it yourself.

 

With regards to the online billing login, I'll need to take a look at the account so I'll pop you an email so we can pull up the relevant details.

2 days have passed and I am still waiting for your help..... 6 days have passed since I asked for help in the first place. you call this service?
