Have checked various faqs and searched but cannot find an appropriate thread. When I use Vodafone Live to go to My Account and View Your Last Bill the result is a string variable where the amounts and dates should be. I have this problem intermittently with my current HTC Sensation and was also an intermittent issue with my Samsung Jet. No problem with My Account via computer, just on Live.

Can you tell me the exact route you are taking and what the steps are along the way to get to this point?
Could you also take a screenshot of the errors you are getting, so that we know what exactly this problem looks like?

Thank you. From the bottom of the Vodafone Live Homepage I select My phone bill; I then select the top option on the My Account page - View your last bill and check your price plan here. After several seconds wait I get as a response - Your bill dated @invoiceDate@ included £@totalAmountAV@ (inc. VAT) for this mobile. This has been going on for about a year affecting both my present HTC and previous Samsung as already stated. Sometimes I get a useful response, I'd say about one week in 10 on average. Sorry I haven't a clue how to capture a wap page, but I can't believe my problem is unique.

Your problem is not unique as I also get this same issue with my Blackberry Curve however I believe that this could be to do with the changes in functionality whilst Vodafone 360 is completely shut down.
However if you have an Android phone I would recommend looking at downloading the My Vodafone App which will give you access to your last bill and all of your unbilled totals for the month at the click of a button.
The best thing about this service is that it can be downloaded free of charge from the Market Place.
