Vodafone 'My Account' - I Can't See Unbilled Usage For My New Phone?

Hi there. I'm hoping someone can help.

I've had a pay monthly contrac running for 16 months and have always been able to view my bills and unbilled usage etc on my online account. On Sept 15th, I purchased another pay monthly contract phone (under the same name/all details the same.) The mobile number showed up on my account, as does my price plan. However, I am unable to view any unbilled usage etc. I just had my direct debit come out for my initial phone and was told me second phone bill would not be deducted until November (and would include October's line rental and half of September's.)

Why is it I cannot yet view my unbilled usage for my new phone?

Hello Jenna87 and welcome to the eForum

You would need to wait for a full billing cycle on your new number (i.e one month) before any on-line billing information will show up for your recently aquired number.

Once this time period has passed all required data will be visible.
