Hi

I'm a Business Essential customer and specifically chose Vodafone last June because it enabled me to opt-in to the "Vodafone Europe" tariff that allows using your inclusive minutes and receiving calls in certain countries (Germany, Italy & France were important to me) for a flat fee of 20 GBP.

At the time it said you can simply ring up and add it to your plan for 30 days, and roll if necessary.

My colleague has VE on all the time because she travels more than me, but when I tried it last week I was told this is not available on Business Essentials and I couldn't have it, nor does my colleague have it. I didn't quite trust this because I had just looked up our bill in the week before where my colleague plainly wasn't charged for calls in the Vodafone Europe countries (as expected).

Sure enough any mention of "Vodafone Europe" seems to have vanished from the website. 

Does anybody know what happened to this tariff and why it is not accessible anymore?

Hi Guys

I've done some digging and found the terms and conditions page for this product.

It appears to be for business plans only, and does mention that this can be added to your account via 191.

My best suggestion would be to speak to your business account manager who will be able to add this for you or find a relevant product that meets your needs.
