Wonder if anyone would point me to the "address" of the "Vodafone Extras packs" information and list. I found it on vodafone.co.uk a week or so ago, detailing which packs are available, terms, and costs, but I am now unable to find it :-(  despite the search parameters I input (in fact some of the results are somewhat spurious!).

So, if anyone can advise of the location of this information, I'd be grateful.

I'll admit, I'm not 100% sure what you're looking for.

We used to offer Vodafone Extras as bolt-ons to the standard plan, such as the data allowance or increased minutes/texts, but we've changed the nature of the plans since then. The current ones can be found here in the Vodafone online store.

If you can clarify what page you're looking for, it may help to more clearly understand which page you need - we'd be happy to help!

Wonder if anyone would point me to the Vodafone web "address" of the "Vodafone Extras packs" information and list.

What I really mean to say, is that a couple of weeks ago I saw a list of the Vodafone Extras Packs, which one may add (and remove) to ones priceplan, without penalty, for an additional monthly fee. I am unable to find that link, no matter how I search, and would like someone to advise as to where that information is, on your website.

I am aware ONE of those packs gives FREE calling to 0845, 0870, and 0800 numbers, along with an additional 1000 landline minutes, for 5£/month. I believe there are three other "Extras Packs" available, and THAT is what I am trying to find, hence my post.

I thought my ORIGINAL post was quite clear, as to what I was looking for, but maybe not??

The store magazine at http://www.vodafonemag.co.uk/ shows them under the new monthly price plans so I would guess they must still be current.

Thanks for that, brilliant (page 24). Seems like the members know more than Vodafone, and some of the mods!!

(although the page may contradict, a little, to what I have been told from Vodafone!!)

I agree - I've been searching everywhere to find these extras and I can't! For instance, I called up to get picture messaging included in my price plan, which should cost me £2.50, but I can't find this anywhere on the website. I'm struggling to find anything other than standard price plans on the website actually!

I would agree with others it's rather shocking Vodafone don't seem to make the site easy when it comes to finding out about the extra's!

Hey Guys,

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you however the eForum is a little busy at the moment and we are trying to get to all posts made as quick as possible.

I have spent quite some time over night searching for any kind of page for you however there no longer seems to be on available, however this could be due to the recent ne price plans that have gone live on June 1st.

With that said I will pass it onto our online teams to look into getting a new page live as soon as possible, in the meantime the only thing i can suggest is to look at the magazine as pointed out by JohnA.

Whilst other members have given VERY HELPFUL information, it has not been the "official line", which we were hoping would be forthcoming.

I did submit a request for the page to be added for you with work request reference 34592 however at the moment I have not had any update.

Unfortunately it is hard to say when the changes can be made as it does depend on what other changes the online teams are making for the coming weeks.

I will update the thread with further information as it comes.

Any more information for this thread team, it seems to have been forgotten ? I would also like to know the answer to this question.

There is no information on the Vodafone website for extra packs.

We did pass this request on, but we won't necessarily get back as the online team will be constantly be working with the site.

The way I look for extras on the web site is by selecting a phone and price plan from the monthly phones section, it will then show you the extras that are available.

Here is an example from where I can see the information.
