Why on Earth don't V/F offer anything like this to us pay monthly customers? 

I mean we are the ones who show a long commitment to Vodafone, I feel they just take us for granted. Other operators look after thier pay monthly customers better and shoe soem loyalty to them, I don't think V/F do

Hi Rusty5010,

Freebeez Rewardz is our way of rewarding PAYG customers, but at the same time there are advantages to being a contract customer.

Customers who take out a contract get a subsidised price on their handsets, whereas PAYG customers need to purchase the handset outright. Furthermore, the allowances which customers get are generally cheaper with a contract commitment than for the equivalent packs on PAYG.

Don't forget we also have Vodafone VIP  available to all customers, so there are plenty of excellent rewards available there as well!

Dave every operator offers subsidised handsets. 

Of course your not going to offer subsidised handsets for PAYG as they could get a decent phone 'subsidised' buy a £10 top up and then sell the phone on Ebay etc. 

That was a daft answer, and Vodafone VIP is, lets be honest not very good. We never get offers like Micro Hifi, Nintendo Wii etc.

Vodafone VIP offers great prizes such as Formula 1, Fashion and Festivals, you also get to purchase tickets before any one else for certain events and has a great reputation.
