Hi,

I felt compelled to post after it dawned on me this morning that there seems to be some kind of scam going on at Vodafone:

- I was due an upgrade in November of this year, however today I phoned up for something unrelated and checked my next upgrade date and was shocked to find the date had changed to January 2013!!

- At which point I contacted customer services to be told that I had upgraded my contract in March of THIS year, further more I was told that I had done so in person in a shop in SWANSEA (neither of which I have done).

- For a start why would I upgrade in March with a contract that was due to finish in November, secondly - why would I go all the way to Swansea to upgrade when I live in London - which has no shortage of Vodafone shops, records of the whereabouts of my number will show that I haven't been anywhere near Swansea for years

I don't know if this was done by an employee to gain commission credits - whatever the reason it is deeply concerning and absolutely should not be happening, I have been a Vodafone customer for 9 years, but this is something that I consider to be a serious breach of integrity on Vodafone's part and is more than enough reason to set alarm bells off and start the search for a more honest provider...

I am sorry to see that this has happened to you, and I am sure this is very frustrating to see that his has happened.
