Paying 50p a day to surf is not a bad price.
But I saw some where it's only for 50meg of usage, a small youtube clip can be just that.
Can someone confirm that and what happens after. Do I get a warning when I get near it or am I just cut off?

It's actually 25 meg. If you go over, you'll get a warning and if you do it regularly, you'll be charged at the per KB tarrif rate (not sure what that is, but expeact something like at least £5 per megabyte pro rata).
If you want to use your phone to surf regularly and extensively, have a look at the package options, which give you 500meg per month at £7.50 (cancellable) or £5 if you add it to your contract.

Hi Zaxx,
I personally think that 50p for upto 25MB of data each day is a fantastic deal as this would normally cost a lot more than this.
In relation to the usage, you don't need to worry as a standard YouTube clip would never go over the 25MB limit and in fact watching a YouTube clip is about 1MB (megabyte) for every two minutes of video you watch so for 50p you could literally watch nearly an hour of YouTube streaming.
I trust this clears things up for you.

if you're on pay as you go,
once you go over 25mb it will charge you £3 per for every 1mb
it can be easy to go over with heavy use or downloading apps from 3rd parties (such as nokia ovi store) or Using apps such as nokia/google maps..
This is the reason an increasing number of people, myself included are asking Vodafone to offer PAYG customers who use mobile internet very frequently the option of a 7.50 web bundle which is currently only offered to Pay Monthly customers
