Vodafone buyback query

Hi as the 'My account' section is currently unavailable yet again i will leave my query here. I sent my old handset back weeks ago now yet no confirmation of receipt or the money being offset has been received. Surely the minimum i should get is an email stating it was received? I appreciate down to hard earned experience with Vodafone that customer care is anything but a priority to your staff but seriously after god knows how many months of hassle because of your doing this simple courtesy would have been nice. Its not enough that i got daily emails demanding the handset be sent out citing 'only a few days left'(it was 24......) but to then completely disregard this is taking it to the other extreme.
It shouldnt surprise me really, my own issues and the avalanche of new pages of problems on here show how comical Vodafone really are but if you can find the time to solve this latest mess i would be grateful. After all its only my hard earned money that is being wasted while you ignore things.

Hi paulfez
Thank you for your post and it is great to see you again.
I am sorry you feel this way, but now I am here I would love to take a look at this for you.
You will notice that the eForum is a place for users to post their queries and issues, this is another way to communicate and people only really get in touch when they have an issue, this is why we are here.
I would love to help change your opinion of Vodafone as we want you to have a great experience however you communicate with us, so in order for me to tak a look at your account regarding your credit and to see if I can chase up your BuyBack query I have sent an email to the address you registered with on here, once I have received your reply I will be able to investigate further.
You can also contact the BuyBack team direct.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Many Thanks
