Vodafone helpline so unbelievably useless.

So i just phoned up Vodafone seeing as i can't get any plans showing up online regarding an early upgrade and the person i spoke to just said there was a problem on the website and it should be sorted out in 48hrs maximum. Not only is the ridiculous for such a huge mobile company to have such a little flaw in the website its also annoying due to the fact that i've been reading some of the posts on here and it sounds like htats what all the phone reps are saying "in 48hrs" etc. I'm starting to get really frustrated and have had no help from Vodafone whatsoever who i would have thought would be clawing at the chance to get some more money from me (i'm wanting to upgrade my price plan as well).

Just wanted to vent, i can see i'm not the only one with problems.

Re: Vodafone helpline so unbelievably useless.

iv just had the same problem

i have been with vodafone for over 10 years and have 3 accounts with them

and i have allways upgraded over the phone now im told i must upgrade over the internet

i asked if i have a problem or cant find what i want over the net what should i do

they said go to the shop they will do it over the internet

i told him the shops 13 miles away i want to do it iver the phone like allways

i will not put up with this service

2 phones run out at xmas i will cancell them and my other runs out in july next year

do they not understand that if you are treated like a fool after years of loyalty there are

lots more phone companies ready to give me the same or better deal
