i contacted vodafone insurance sunday afternoon reporting my phone as lost, the gentleman was very helpful and said my claim had been processed and i would be sent a replacesment handset Thursday 2nd, between 8am and 6pm at cost of £25 excess.
Just wondering whether i will still be receiving my replaced mobile handset on Thursday, and whether you could give me a more approimate time than the 10hr slot of 8am to 6pm?

the gentleman on the phone did mention i could have left a contact number but unfortunately im phoneless until my replacement handset arrives, which is why i was hoping there maybe a way of finding out via everyones favourite world wide web!

Outwith this if a moderator picks it up they will send you an email and get it looked into, probably best bet is if anyone can give you a loan of a phone to call 08700 700 191 (191 if its a Vodafone handset) and they can confirm it

ive done the email route before, tends to take a while for a reply unfirtunately, guess thye have 1000s to sieve through. hopefully a mod will pick it up, if not might be able to use a work phone for a few mins. cheers for your help!!!
