I moved from T-Mobile some month or so ago and ported my number. Some how vodafone charged me for another number they put on my account. Called them today and they said they would disable the other number so I would remain the number I was actively using and ported from T-Mobile.
Five minutes later, I lose signal on my phone and it seems they've disabled my active number. Now I do not know what to do. Please help. They've disabled the number they are not supposed to unlike the one which they identified on the phone is incorrectly attributed to my account.

thats doesent sound too good...you may get a quicker answer by calling direct on 08700 700191 - although not sure what teams work after 8pm other than the lost and stolen team (according to the vodafone website)
