I'm trying to get into my voicemail account from abroad and its saying that my pin is locked although it was working just fine before I left.  Please help!

Hiya, its true that in many countried you have to have your voicemail pin set before you go, but it sounds as if you did,   if you phone customer services they can reset the pin and send a text to your phone, but it really depends on the network that you are roaming on as to whether it will work, the system sometimes stops you accessing from abroad for security, speak to customer services  +44 7836 191 191 and ask for a voicemail pin reset, as it sounds as if you have nothing to lose !

Can the voicemail PIN reset be carried out without via email without having to phone customer services from abroad with all the assosiated costsÇ

PLEASE , SOMEONE HELP - as Vodafone customer services won't.

I've made at least six calls over the last three days. My voicemail pin is saying "sorry pin incorrect".  It does this no matter how many pins they send me.  Also they sent new internet config settings and these didn't work either.

Turned phone off, removed and re-inserted sim.

My next step is Ofcom and the media as no one seems to want to help.  My voicemail and pin was fine up until about three days ago.

I want to know why there is no technical help over the phone ??

I am using Sony Xperia T (Android).
