Hello, I wonder if anyone can help - I need to cancel my contract and have been trying to for the last 2 months - all my emails have gone unanswered despite receiving email confirmation that they have recieved it and will respond within 24 hours...yeah right! I have been into the store - who can't help me and advised me to email. I have emailed yet again today.....I'll be shocked if I hear anything back. I have heard of people sending a letter which is registered so they have to acknowledge it.
Can anyone help?
Thanks

This may be of use to you :-
Send your letter Recorded Delivery so that they can't deny receipt.

Just to clarify - I thought OFCOM guidelines stated that a PAC should be given within 2 hours of it being requested by a domestic customer since last year? By making the customer write in that adds 3-4 days to that.
A few years back when I requested a PAC from Voda I did it over the phone no probs.
Now I'm concerned as I want to buy out of my iPhone contract and get a PAC number next week. Don't tell me I've got to go back in time and write a bloody letter?!?!?

It's a shame as I'd love to stick around - Voda have been good on the whole - but the deal I've been offered will save me quite a wedge of money

Hi Lee,
Thanks for the PM, filled it out and one of your guys rang me earlier. Gave me my PAC pro-actively, which was fab.
Like I say, I'm keeping the iPad/laptops with you guys however I've been offered an iPhone 4S 64GB for £29 on T-Mobiles Full Monty at half price, so can't say no to that ![]()
