Website errors - Contract address and other issues

What the hell is going on with this website?
I've been trying to upgrade my phone for a while but everytime I go to the checkout my previous address is showing. Now, I know my billing address is my current address (although I have paper-less billing) and I know you can change the contract address by going to "My Account" then "Manage profile" but when I click on "Edit Details" I can only change my email address. My postal address does not show. Once it did and I changed my address to my current one but after going though the whole upgrade process (another pain) when reaching the checkout yet again it showed my old address!

Can someone sort this out?

Another bugbear is when choosing to upgrade a phone a dropdown menu ask you what number to upgrade then it takes you to another page where you have to more or less log-on again! What's the point of this if I've already logged-on!

Honestly, it's so infuriating that after 10 years loyalty I am seriously considering leaving Vodafone.
I've already requested my PAC code.

Firstly a very warm welcome to the eForum! It's just a shame it's not under better circumstances.
