What's wrong with your Website???

Dear Vodafone Why oh why is it that I cannot log into my account. Every time I do so, it says "unfortunately your request cannot be processed" I have been trying for weeks to upgrade my phone online but can't because of this. I have also tried paying my monthly bill but i keep getting the same message!!! For such a huge company, your website really isn't up to scratch! Please have some courtesy and reply to this message, so myself as well as the numerous others that seem to be having problems logging on get some sort of answer Many thanks

As far as i am aware, if you have an overdue balance which has caused your phone to be suspended, then this also suspends acces to the my account service.

If you are not currently suspended then try calling Vodafone on 08700700191.
