I'm trying to find out when my contract ends, but for someone reason this information isn't listed under my account details.  How can I give 30 days notice without this vital information?

The contract end date would have been confirmed on the letter confirming the new contract when you took it out. I'll pop you an email so we can confirm it for you if you've mislaid that, though.

Can I ask if there was a particular reason you were looking to leave as well? If there is and it's something we can address, then let us know and we'll be happy to look into that as well for you.

I too am looking for this info.  Why isn't it on our account page?  Surely it's basic info that everybody wants to see.

I don't want to upgrade unless it's at the end of my current contract.  Will I get warning or will it 'roll over' without telling me?

Hi shucks,

the quickest way to get this information would be to give Customer Care a call on 191 from your phone..

Once your contract ends it will roll over from month to month until you either upgrade or decide to cancel your account

I too am trying to find out.  It appears to be a deliberate act by Vodafone to get some extra money out of its customers by not  showing basic information like this on the account page. The pages show everything else, so this also should be information easily available.

the website may not show this information, and i know it is not ideal, but when you upgraded or took out your contract then you would have received a letter from Vodafone giving you details of your price plan, length of contract, and also contract end date..

As i said in my previous post you can always give Customer Care a call and they will be able to give you this information

Well, I've tried ringing several times.

I'm determined tonight.  I've been on hold now for the last 22 minutes and counting.

Is there anybody there who will pick the phone up?

There are lots of unemployed people out there you know.

The 17 to 24 year old are keen. How difficult is it to pick up a phone?

well after 50 minutes that bloody annoying tramp told me, 'I'm sorry due to an emergency we can't take your call. Please call back later.'

I'm going to try the, 'I want to leave vodafone option.'

I doubt you'll get through any quicker! I'd put the phone down if I were you. Customer services are closed!!!

I'll pop an email over to you and if you can reply with the requested details we'll let you know your end date. We can also take a look at your upgrade option too

It can't be a difficult question, can it?  The details must be there.
