Who to complain to.....

Hi

Back in May I was given a free 500mb allowance along with my existing 500mb which was great.

However, the free 500mb was removed when I asked for Blackberry services which was fine, it was agreed with the agent (Ahmed)

that if I didn't use it I could go back to what I had.

I've now phoned three times (and sufferred the terrible queues) to do this, but am getting no where.

On my last call, I asked to speak to a manager but was told they wouldn't be able to help me......

Where can I go for help, it should be so simple but is turning into a fiasco.

Hi Mark,

 

Sit tight and watch this thread. One of the Vodafone team should pick it up within 24hours and get in touch hopefully be able to sort this one out for you!

Unfortunately the free bundle that you had on the account at the time is no longer available to be placed on a customers account.

 

However, please don't worry as I have sent you a quick email to see what alternative solutions we can offer for you.

Hi I'm new to This part of vodafone,

                                                        I'm looking for a bit help, I logged a complaint earlier on today and ask for a manager to call me, I was told one would contact me with in 4hrs after 4hrs I called again spoke to someone and was told a manager would contact me before it closed. Yet again no call off The manager best thing Is The bloke on The phone said a manager was not as good as him. The way I have been treated today I feel like telling vodafone to put my contract where The sun don't shine. This Is how they treat customers that have been with them for over 15yrs. Is there anyone else I can contact to complain.

I am also waiting for a manager to call me back (since Saturday), I posted on this forum on Sunday and so far have heard nothing. Does anyone know where should official complaints be directed to?
