Why can I never change my Direct Debit in My Account?

This problem has been around for me for ages but I just haven't gotten around to sorting it yet or ringing about it in the hope it would sort itself out.
When I log in to My Account and I click on Manage Payment Methods, I get the following message:
Sorry!
Unfortunately this functionality is currently unavailable
I just assumed this was a temporary issue but actually I've been hoping to see it sorted out within a year.
Pretty silly of me not sorting it out sooner, but I'm reporting it now in the hope that you will be able to let me know what the problem is and sort it out so I can change my direct debit details.
Cheers,
Chris

Thanks for talking to me yesterday and trying to sort it out.
I have tried again to access this, but unfortunately I still get the same error.

That's fine I told Jenny I would update her in this topic so she can carry on looking into it upon her return tomorrow.
