Why can't I access my account online? And who can I speak to to sort it?

I have been unable to access my account on the vodafone website for well over a month now, when I phoned in I was told it was the website and to try again later, I've done this, I've tried resetting my password but still no joy, it says: Sorry There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us. Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes. It has been saying this for ages!!!!!

I am having the same problem and have tried emailing various times but with no help. I haven't ever been able to access my bill online and I'm getting pretty sick of it. I have also requested a printed bill be provided free of charge so I can actually see what's going on but apparently that's not possible either. How do I get this sorted out??

Thanks for your post. A reprint of your bill should always be made available and we can e-mail any required copies to you free of charge.

 

So that we can get to the bottom of what's causing your My Account access issues we'll require some further details to access the account. I've sent you a private message to get in contact with us.

Thank you for your answer. I have just check my PM mail box, but I do not have a message. Please could you resend? I would also really appreciate a copy of my bill being emailed.
