The website being so bad is the reason I will be leaving Vodafone very soon and moving all other family phones to someone else - Vodafone is ok...when you don't need to use the website! Every time I need to top up one of my childrens phones it becomes an all night struggle with the website. It is either terribly slow, broken or 'being updated' - really? updated from the 90's? It never gets any better! ....pretty much for the last 10 years!
Whenever anyone asks me about phone companies the only advice I can give them is "Don't use Vodafone unless you have to!" Coveragewise=great, website=terrible.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who is so incredibly frustrated by Vodafones pathetic website. I have NEVER been able to go onto my vodafone site hassle free. I have constantly been blocked out of my account, I am told my password is wrong, even though I have had to change it numerous times and write down exactly what I type, i still have problems. When I am blocked out it usually asks me for username, says it isn't recognised, it asks for my vodafone phone number, another issue, NOTHING ever works on it! I can't pay my bill, I can't check my usage properly, it's always being 'updated', it is so bloody slow. I have been a Vodafone customer for the last 10 years and I cannot put up with this shoddy website any longer, it is incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. My contract is up in January and I will be leaving Vodafone, everything is done online, I think money needs spent and IT staff empoyed!!!!

If you are a pay monthly customer you can pay your bill by dialing 56677 and using the payment automated service. If you're a PAYG customer and wants to top us you can dial 2345 and use the top up automated service. It won't take a minute and you're done
