account pin

Hi

I have recently set up a vodafone account and need to set my online billing/account, I dont currently have a pin code, how can this be set up?

You need to call customer services on 191 select option 1 and then 4 and then speak to an advispr to set the security pin for the account.

Meanwhile, you may register the account with your account number as well.
If you don’t know your account number, you can find it out by texting "ACCOUNT" to 97886

Urmi is spot on here, you should be able to register without a PIN, Give this a go and if you have any issues at all please let us know. ;)
