i have been charged with this months bill which started about 4 days ago aswell as last months bill and i have therefore been blocked. what can i do about this?

Difficult to know what's going on for anyone on the forum when it comes to an account specific matter like this one. The best advice I'd give would be to speak to Vodafone customer services directly asap (There's a contact us option here if your phone is blocked and you need a landline number)
Ask them to confirm what's happened on your account and I'd imagine they'd be able to clear it up quite quickly. Things I'd look for (though only speculating) are, check if your direct debit (if you use one) hasn't failed for whatever reason. Also get them to confirm the date they've got set to take the money out of your account (again, I'm speculating here but with it being Christmas and Bank Holiday recently it can sometimes affect when money goes in and out of banks)
