Pay monthly services

My son is about to head over to Europe, can i cancel his monthly plan while he is away as he will not be using his service and then re-connect when he gets back?

Welcome to the forum Manylou

Unfortunately there is no way of freezing the contract while your son is away unless he is a member of the Armed Forces.  If you cancel the contract, you will have to pay termination fees and will loose the number.
