cancel sim only contract

hi, im new to this forum and i have a question and hope that somebody can help me.

i have 2 contracts with vodafone, and one of them was ready for upgrade last month. i had a look around and was choosing an iphone.

as i done that the boy in the shop was saying that i will get a sim only contract as well on top.

as i was saying that i dont need it because i have 2 contracts alredy and im happy with them i ask him if he not can take that sim only off, but he was saying i have to cancel it over the internet on my own.

i have tried everything to get rid off that sim only but it is still there and as i seen it will cost me £15 a month - whar can i do to cancel that as quick as i can because i dont want pay £15 for what i never wanted.

thanks very much in advance for your help

Hi Sannie510,

Nice to see you joining us on the Forum!

The process for ending the contract will depend on it's age.

If the contract is less than 7 working days old you are still within your cooling off period follow the steps set out in the returns policy

If the contract is beyond 7 working days you will need to put this in writing to Vodafone along with details of the account. All the info you need is here
