Firstly Im not sure this is the right place , I am very frustrated numerous calls and emails and I still cannot access my account . When I got my latest phone I registered it with my account which linked it to a vodaphone mbb account and another mobile phone account , I canceled the mbb which I believe was the main account so when I log in on either mobile phone account, I get a error saying my account is restricted I need auth from the main account which I cannot get any details for I think this maybe because the email my first account were set up Is no longer in use. Im going round in circles just need to access these account getting no where. If I send the request for auth it goes to my email address telling me I need to log on and auth my other accounts, but If I ask for password and user reminders I don't get any emails.

I've been having very similar problems - except I still use the same email address I used when I originally registered the account. If I send the request for authorization, I receive this request by email asking me to authorize myself, but I can't do this because the account only lets me in with the restrictions in place and the restrictions prevent me from authorizing myself.
Catch 22!
They'd tried wiping my account several times and I've tried reregistering several times - most recently with completely new email, un, pw etc, but nothing VF have tried has had any effect. Seems to be a bug on the website. They say they've raised a fault, in my case, but nobody can say if/when it will be fixed.

yesterday i was having problems with it telling me i could not log on due to the fact my account was at fault and to try again in 30 minutes.

Ok seems I have the same problem as the above posters.
Can not log into my account due to a technical fault.
Have changed password ect.... but no luck.
Could some one look into this for me?

I'm having exactly the same problem. It has happened in the past and seems to be some kind of intermittent problem with the Vodafone website. I've been trying to login since early last week. If there is a solution to this, can't it be published so that everyone can see it?

I am having the same issue; have tried numerous times to email for help using the online form but it does not work - gives another error message. I need to log onto my online account to check my bill.
It seems impossible to contact Vodafone and the contact centre on the phone keep on urging me to try emailing. Quite ridiculous.

I have sent you each a Private Message in order to take a look and get you back up and running, unfortunately there is not one solution we could post as it could be a number of things from incorrect details, the password entered incorrectly or often the incorrect usernames and sometimes it may be a case of a simple different internet browser being needed.

I am having the exact same problem and have tried a few times over the last couple of weeks. When I try and contact the helpdesk that just says there is a problem there too.

I've also not been able to log into my account. I've had the same message come up every time I try and this has been going on for about 6 months now. Tried resetting my password, that doesn't do anything. Have tried using the 'contact us' section, but that is always down too.

Hi,
I cannot log into my account, because I don't remember my login details, plus my email has changed one year ago,
last time I login about 2 years ago.
I cannot use password and username remainder because its keep sending that remainder to my old email, which I can't access anymore.
Please help

I have also had this problem for months! And it's the same with the app on my iphone. I tried to email customer services this morning and getting error messages with this too.
I want to use the vodafone VIP on Monday to pre-order TITP tickets but it won't let me log in at all.
