Can you please email me instead? I won't have access to a PC this weekend and I would appreciate it if I could get this rectified by Monday so I can purchase my TITP tickets.

I also keep getting an error message once I submit an online form.
This really is shocking customer service.
I can't log into my account.
My app doesn't work properly.
I can log into VodafoneVIP.
You online chat rep is currently being very rude.
And I can't send an online complaint.
Great customer service as usual Vodafone.

For security reasons we are no longer able to send an email directly to our customers via the eForum however if you take a look at your PM it does give an alternative email address to send us your contact number along with the essential reference codes to make sure it comes directly to our team.

I emailed the alternative address three times in the last 2 months and have not heard anything back.
I have reluctantly sent another email this morning.

Add me to the list of people who are unable to access their online account (and also no access via the iPhone/iPad app either). Same error as everyone else.
I wouldn't mind so much, but Vodafone seems to think my SureSignal has moved post codes (it hasn't - I've just changed ISP) so keep sending me nag messages to update it, but without account access no can do.
I'm guessing given that access to my account has always worked previously, and given the number of other people with the same issue that there has been some almighty mess up at Vodafone's end!
Anyway, email/PM appreciated please to restore access - I'd actually really quite like to know how much I'm going to be billed shortly....

Hi, I spoke to someone this morning who deleted my whole account and asked me to set it up again. I would if your website would let me! I am going to the register section and the screen is blank or the bottom part of the screen jumps to the top (it's like it "hides" the register part)....

Ok, I managed to register but now it appears I have two accounts and have to register myself....
What's happening! I just want one account to view my bills!!! Pllllease help! I'm so frustrated!

I am able to log into my account but unable to see any usage for 2 of the numbers on it which is not very helpful! I have been trying to get this issue sorted out since January but to no avail! No one seems to be able to solve the problem! PLEASE HELP !!
