i had my phone stolen a few weeks ago, so i got my phone blocked, but then a few days later the police found the phone, the sim had been destroyed so i got a replacement sim, i have now unlocked the phone and activated the sim card but i still have no signal at all! Even when i try to connect to the vodafone network manually it says ' your sim card does not allow connection to this network'.

Brilliant news that you have got your phone back, I am surprised that is has been found

When the bar was added an IMEI bar would have been placed so the phone won't work with any SIM card.

This bar will need to be removed. I have therefore just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can look at sorting this for you.

I have the same problem. I reported my phone stolen and blocked the SIM card. Later it was found without the SIM card, as it usually happens. Then I went to a Vodafone store to take a new one. Since then I can only use the data service of my Blackberry Curve 9360 [i.e. bbm, facebook, google browser, e-mails]. When I try calling someone it says 'no service currently available'.

The problem is 100% in my phone, since the card works with other phones. I upgraded my OS system, tried the trick with switching networks and did everything that was possible to do in this situation.

But in other websites, I saw that the problem might have occurred because of the IMEI BlockList or something like this. How many days does it take for my IMEI to be 'unblocked'? What else can I do?

However, I went to the store yesterday and I got my phone unblocked from the Blacklist.
