when i try to log in to see my online bill i get the error message

- Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.
yesterday i was having problems with it telling me i could not log on due to the fact my account was at fault and to try again in 30 minutes.
it has been like this for days now could someone please lookinto this as well

Thanks for your post here. I appreciate how frustrating not being able to log into your account must be.
So that we can sort this out for you I’m going to send you an email over to the email address that you have registered with. All you need to do is hit reply and fill in all of the information it asks for. We’ll then get back to you as soon as possible.

I too have been unable to login into my online account for what seems like months now... and i'm extremely annoyed that i tied into a new mobile contract for a further 2 years after spending over 20 years with Vodafone... I'm feeling the larger Vodafone have become... the worse the service has become. I'm all for saving the planet from excess waste and have been on the paperless billing system for a few years now but it is NO good if you cannot access your account details online to check how you are being billed and to find out the cause to higher bills than expected, if you cannot access the basic of information from the Vodafone website. I have tried dealing direct with the helpdesk today to be told that they can access my account no problems... even after they reset a new password for me... it still didn't help me - as I still couldn't get in as it keeps telling me that there is a problem and to try again later...!!! I'm losing the will to live people....

Well if somebody had the decency to respond to my first post earlier today - I wouldn't be as frustrated as I am now... with not being able to access the information regarding the amount of money I pay each month on my mobile phone account as well as my vodafone at home account too...!!!! With times being hard... some people need to keep a check on their outgoings each month and when you cannot access this information for months - it is bound to leave people a 'TAD' hacked off... if you get my drift...!!!!
So if you can make it possible for me to gain access to my account - which may I remind you... I have been paying vodafone for a service for the past 22 years and over the past few months they haven't been providing said' service' that I pay for each month...!!!!

My Wife has been having this exact same problem for some time now, and she still can't log in.
We emailed customer support and they said there were no faults with their site, and asked her to provide a whole plethora of information, including ridiculous things like her sim card number!
She managed to speak to a customer service assistant today who tried to log in on her behalf and couldn't, and the best advice he could give was to try again in two days!
So still no further forward

Just to confirm that someone very helpful called Lee has 'phoned as a result of this thread (and following email), and we can now access our online account.

I have the same problem, get the following error message when trying to login.
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact us.
- Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes."
Could you sort something out for me please as this has been happening for over a week.
