Hi
I had a nokia n97mini but due to nokias ability to suck in moisture from thin air it no longer works, I am looking to purchase a blackberry storm 2 from ebay so I can make use of my "unlimited data" tariff, would my account be affected in any way??
Cheers
Darren

Hi, in order to use a Blackerry you would need to get BIS(Blackberry Internet Service) set up on your account, otherwise you will not be able to use your phone to its full potential.. This will cost you an extra £5 per month..
You can always give Customer Care a quick call and this can be added on for you

I have had my blackberry torch for coming up to a year now but have not been too impressed with it, are there any chances of swapping the handset for an iphone or a htc? anything that isnt a blackberry?

Hi hannahst31,
A very warm welcome to the eForum! Glad you could sign up. ![]()
If you're debating your choice in handset a year into your contract, we can look at some early upgrade options with you. Please bear in mind that unless you pay for some/all of your remaining months contract upfront, any remaining commitment will be stacked on top of your new agreement. So for example, if you have 14 months left on your current agreement and you take out a new deal with another 12 months to help subsidise a new phone, you'd have a blended 26 month contract.
We can discuss options more in depth once you've responded to the email I've sent down to you. Have a look at our current range of handsets to get a good idea of what's on offer and we'll speak to you soon. ![]()
Cheers, Ben
