changing phone.

Hi All
i have a blackberry torch on a pay monthly contract and im not getting on very well with it. i have only had it for under 1 month. i took it out on the 16th of last month. would there be anyway i can change it for another phone?

as the phone is still under warenty do you think a replacement is a option and there maybe a problem with the software because the phone keeps freezing to the extence the button wont even work.

Hi,
U can get the handset checked in your nearby Voda Store. Rep there would be able to tell you the exact fault. If it's a manufacturing fault, you would get a replacement handset, but the replacement would be the same make and model as you have now. You can try to get in touch with Voda Buy Back team, get your current handset valued and sell the handset to Voda itself. With the money you get, add some more amount and buy a new fone fr urself.

GOOD NEWS PEOPLE
i went back in to store and they changed my phone for me as i was within 1 month. they agreed that the phone isn't very good and because i was inside the first month i coudn't cancel but they would be able to change it for me.
i simply said im not looking to cancel my contract just wanting to change my phone as i am having nothing but problems with it.
It has to be said the guys in the cabot circus store are wicked. the guys i was dealing with are Darren and Rory.
if the reps from the forum could pass the message to their manager that they are a credit to their store and the company i would be greatful.
