complain from vodafone egypt

my complain is that i was promised to offer and didn't get it for about 3 months now and every time they say next month its to exchange my bonus points into money to be taken from the next bill but no use and also they sent me my bill this month first by message says its 222 L.E then after 1 hr exaclty the sent other one says it 254 L.E so this means what more then bad service and i called them to know whats going on i was put on hold twice one for 4 min and then 10 min and they hang up and didn't get any respons so i complain to you and also i complained throught there site"3667945061-1" and i told them that i consider changing networks really and go other company althought am vodafone since it begains.. Sorry to see you are having problems with Vodafone in Egypt

This commuity forum is based around Vodafone UK, and the support staff do not have access to Vodafone accounts out side of the UK as each country is a seperate business.

Having a quick look on the VF-EG site there are a few pages you could look at that can help, with http://www.vodafone.com.eg/vodafoneportalWeb/en/personalContactUs
being the most likely.

Apologies that nobody here will be able to offer much help, but it looks like you will need to contact a local vodafone store or support line to look into the problem... Unless one of the teach team here can help
