My question : Im due for a upgrade on my current contract in april and i would love to upgrade to an iphone 4 as i love my 3gs one. im just wondering as a vodafone customer for more then 10 years is it possible to get a deal on the iphone 4 as i don't think i can afford another 18 months at £35 a month.
also if i cancel my contract with you how long do i have to give notice of this and how do i cancel ?? thanks x

I doubt whether you would be able to get any line rental discount for an iphone, the prices are set by Apple who do not want their product devalued.
If you would like an iphone dont forget the iphone 5 is due out June/July this year !
To cancel your present contract, you will need to give 30 days notice and you will be able to find all the information on how to cancel your pay monthly contract from the website.

Hi samlou
Thank you for you post, it's fantastic to have you back! ![]()
As AnnS has mentioned (thanks Ann!
) the packages for the iPhone are set so we're unable to offer any discounts but we'd love to see if we can help.
I've got an email on it's way to you now, if you can reply to this with the information we've requested we'll be in touch.
Kind Regards
Helen

Hi samlou
If you go onto a 30 day tariff, you will not be cancelling your contract, only changing your tariff and you would even be able to use the same SIM.
If you phone was supplied as part of a contract, it is most likely already unlocked and you would be able to use an alternative network SIM.

Hi samlou,
Thanks for your post! ![]()
AnnS is spot on here (thanks again Ann). You can change to a 30 day SIM only deal once your current contract period has expired.
Regarding your email, I’ve just double checked and we’ve definitely received this and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.
Best wishes,
Kay
