dissconected again

i spoke to a manager last weekend who amended my charges who i was happy with he stated he would send me confirmation of thjis via txt which i have still not recieved and he also stated because i had so many issues regarding my account i could hold of payment till the 15/12/2011 so i can view the bills and see all changes occured which was fine by me

 

today 28/11/2011 i have been disconeccted and cant contact you via phone i need the handsets recconected by today or i will take this as a breach of contract due to what was advised and refuse payment until sufficient compenstion is awarded i work with phone i need my phone this is unacceptable
