I am looking to end my current contract with vodafone. i wish to know how much i will to pay. i will be able to do this come the 27th jan. can you please calculate the cost of ending contract thanks

Hi pixum,
You can cancel your contract at any time however it will be subect to an early termination fee.
This can be worked out as follows:
(number or months remaining X monthly contract cost) -VAT@20% = Early Termination Fee.
A call to customer services on 191 will be able to give you the exact figure for your contract.
Remember, to cancel your contract you must give 30 days notice and provide the following information:
• the account name, and account number
• the invoice address
• the mobile number to be terminated
• the date of termination
• the name of the account owner or administrator
• if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)
• if the account has a password, please quote this in your letter.

hi again, i requested to cancel my contract last month. i was told on the 24th jan my contract will terminate 23/02/2012 and recieve my final bill. i have just received a bill as usual. why has this not been disconnected. i have called with no luck and emailed with no luck. what the hell are you guys doing!!!!!!!! below is a transcipt from my online chat with vodafne rep stating contract will be terminated 23/02/2012

Take two days off work, buy a tent and a sleeping bag, go camp outside Vodafone's HQ in Newbury. It won't help but at least you won't have to chat with faceless Vodafone people online, you can see them in the flesh.
