Hi ash1269,

Sounds like you need to talk to the upgrade experts over on the @vodafoneukdeals twitter team. They specialise in upgrades and new lines! For info on how to contact them head over here and follow the instructions. They are a small and very popular team so they may not reply straight away, stick around though as one of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

EDIT: one thing i will add is that the Galaxy Nexus has been a very popular handset and is in high demand, therefore the stock is still very limited. I don't know the exact stock levels so i can't say for sure but one of the team will be able to look at this when they contact you

Any early upgrade (especially the 6 month online one) will always offer a worse deal than a new customer / contract expired customer will be offered,

this is because your previous handset cost was distributed across the length of your previous contract, as you have not yet finished paying htis off the residuals are added to your new upgrade price resulting in a worse deal.

Unless your old handset is faling apart you are usually better off waiting until closer to expiry time before shopping around.
