I have four contracts on my account and one is due for renewal, I am very disappointed that Vodafone will not make any attempt to give me a good deal and will let me take the contract to another provider after five years... I refuse to accept an offer that a new customer can get and no reward for being so loyal.

Don’t want to move but have no choice, I have requested my PAC code....

Loyalty offers are dying out... do you expect the same treatment from utility companies, your council/water company? No.

In my opinion, everyone should pay the same price.

Don't hold your breath!

We have 5 phones on our account and regularly spend £500 a month on premium services (international stuff) but I've been told that we can't have anything as good as the "new customer" deals because we are already with Vodafone.
